Furniture First Buying Group Claims a Space for the Las Vegas Market & Approves Agenda for General Membership Meeting
Furniture First Buying Group has finalized its reservation for space number B-962 in the World Market Center complex and has prepared the agenda and guest speakers for the group's General Membership Meeting. The Furniture First showroom will incorporate the entire collection of their Mattress 1st promotional mattresses, produced by Serta International, as well as a new introduction, proprietary, private labeled bedroom group from Tradewins, LLC. Members-only seminars on cutting warehouse costs and how to increase margins on financed sales will be presented by John McCloskey, Profitability Consulting Group, in the showroom on Tuesday, February 10th and Wednesday, February 11th.
Furniture First staff will be available in the showroom throughout the week to speak with current and prospective members. For current members, Furniture First Buying Group has arranged a General Membership Meeting on Monday, February 9, 2009. The meeting will update the membership on service and profit generating benefits, such as the expansion of the Private Label initiative, Email Marketing resources and the new Top of Bed program. Guest speakers include David Lively, The Lively Merchant and John McCloskey who will give brief presentations during the meeting.
